Jeremy Taylor
Managing
Director

Jeremy has been with the company for 32 years. He is a fully qualified and vastly experienced machine shop engineer and bearing specialist. He started work on the shopfloor as a CNC Machinist, completed a Bachelor in Technology and worked his way up to Managing Director. In 2021 he bought the company outright.

Financial
Director

Dave joined Coleherne in 2015 as Financial Controller replacing the previous FD whom retired. In 2017 he was promoted to Financial Director. After graduating from University with a Finance and Accounting degree, David has experience in various sectors such as IT, Construction and Manufacturing industries and completed his professional qualification with CIMA in 2011.

James White
Group Operations and
Systems Manager

James joined us in 2005 as an apprentice in our Laser department as an operator then moving into estimating and CAD. After completing his HND, he set-up our group ERP system while learning about the manufacturing systems in the bearing business. He is now our 3-D modelling, bearing calculation and business efficiency specialist for the group.

Richard Heeley
Group Manufacturing
and Production Engineer

Richard joined Coleherne in 1998 and has come through the apprenticeship scheme to qualify as a mechanical manufacturing engineer. He develops all our manufacturing methods, production processes and works instructions for both new and refurbished bearings. He uses AutoDesk to do all our 3-D modelling for our technical drawings.

Dave Beckett
Bearings Division
Refurbishment Manager

Dave joined Coleherne in 2008 and has come through the apprenticeship scheme to qualify as a mechanical manufacturing engineer and quality inspector. After retraining in our sales systems, his current role is the Bearing Refurbishment Manager where he is responsible for estimating, quoting and managing refurbished bearing projects through our workshop.

Denise Houghton
Kingsbury
Account Manager

Denise started work for Coleherne in 1982 as a receptionist, moving on to become PA to our MD that included Kingsbury sales support. Since 2001, Denise has run our Kingsbury account and is responsible for quotations, sales orders, customer liaison, frontline customer support and assisting our in-house sales team.

Chris Ramsbottom
Laser Division
Production Manager

Chris started with Coleherne in 2004 as a Laser Operator and Setter, was promoted to Shift Supervisor, moved to the office to oversee programming, purchasing, stock control, batch scheduling and quotations. He became Production Manager in 2017 with responsibilities including managing 15 staff, investment planning, marketing and apprentice training.

Louis Ratcliffe
Laser Division
Technical Sales Engineer

 Louis joined Coleherne in 2018 after completing his BTEC in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.  He has a broad-based skillset from working in all aspects of the laser production process from laser cutting to inspection, before advancing to the office.  Louis has established himself as an essential part of the Laser team where his role includes technical sales, customer relations, purchasing and CAD-CAM work.

Luke Taylor
Bearings Division
Production Engineer

After completing his ‘A’ levels in 2017, Luke joined Coleherne to support our Lasers and Laminations divisions.  In 2020, he went to Leeds University to study Business Management and Marketing before taking-up an engineering role in 2023. After a short career break, in 2024 Luke returned to Coleherne’s white metal bearing division where he now supports our workshop manager with production planning.

Sarah Worrall
Laminations Division
Manager

Sarah began her career in 1994 at Ryecroft Engineering, gaining extensive production experience before joining Coleherne at its founding in 2017. Having progressed from Production Supervisor, she now leads with a strong focus on efficiency and teamwork. Known for her exceptional customer service, Sarah thrives in Coleherne’s close-knit team, ensuring quality and reliability in every project.

Paul Salloway
Technical Support
Engineer

Paul has over 40 years of experience as a Chartered Engineer in White Metal Bearings. Most of his career was in a foundry engineering environment, quality assurance, CADCAM, IT, training and environmental systems. Since joining Coleherne in 2018, Paul has been working to help develop our online university training programme along with our established training programmes. Paul also supports the internal and external sales teams with his technical insight.

John Yeouart
Business
Manager

An experienced Business Manager, John has developed businesses across Oil & Gas, Marine, and Renewable Energy sectors. Skilled in market research, partnerships, and sales strategies, he's supported startups and established firms globally. In 2014, John was honoured as a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.

Matt Wright
Laser Division
Internal Sales

Matt joined us in 2018 and has come through our apprenticeship scheme, spending 3 years on day release doing a BTEC in Mechanical Engineering before completing his NVQ in 2022.  Matt has developed into a valued member of the Laser team and his role includes: CAD-CAM modelling & programming, purchasing and assisting with managing production.

Kelly Hargreaves
Finance
Assistant

Kelly began her employment with Coleherne Limited as receptionist in 2001 after finishing high school.

In 2011 Kelly was promoted to general office administrator assisting the sales, production and accounts departments. Kelly had a key role in helping to implement the ERP system when it was introduced in 2001.

In 2015 Kelly was promoted to accounts assistant working closely with the FD and responsible for the payroll, purchase ledger, sales invoicing and credit control of the company.

Juris Jekabsons
Graduate Mechanical
Engineer

Juris joined Coleherne as a Graduate Engineer in 2025 after earning a first-class degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University. He plays a key role in 3D CAD modelling, reverse engineering, and the production of manufacturing drawings.

Juris also works on modernising legacy files and developing automated templates to streamline and improve the efficiency of technical documentation.

Feiras Al Raghebi
Graduate Mechanical
Engineer

Feiras became part of Coleherne in 2025 following the completion of his Mechanical Engineering degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. Based in our Laser Division, he is involved in CAD-CAM modelling and contributes to both design and production activities. Feiras combines a solid engineering background with a strong interest in precision manufacturing and process optimisation.
